One of the political commentators in the country Donex Zimbulan has said it is not important for opposition political parties and NGOs to demonstrate in order to force MEC’s Chairperson Dr Jane Ansah to resign.

Speaking in an interview Zimbulani said it is too early to ask MEC’s chairperson to step down because the case is in the court.

”My own opinion is that opposition parties and NGOs should not push the resignation of MECs chairperson because she will be needed one day to give witness in the court so if she step down who will be responsible to give information regarding the case,” he said.

Zimbulani further said opposition just need to frustrate government effort to develop the country.

“People are not seeing the achievements of the President Arthur Peter Mutharika he has done within five year.’ Said Zimbulani who is also the Founder and Managing Director of Donz Engineering which is located opposite Kamba Market in commercial city Blantyre.

Opposition parties and NGO’s are planning to stage demonstration to force Dr Jane Ansah to resign saying she has failed to manage May 21 tripartite elections.
