Police in Blantyre are looking for four unknown criminals who broke into a house in Naperi where they robbed various items and also raped a maid.

Reports say the thugs, armed with rifles and knives made entry into the house of Miss Thokozire Kuwali through a kitchen door.

While inside, the criminals injured 25-year-old Thokozire Ngwira who is a niece to Miss Kuwali and also raped Kuwali’s house maid.

After the acts, they got away with three laptops, six phones, castel gadget and also assorted groceries. The value of the stolen properties has not yet been advised.

The victims were rushed to Gombwa Private Hospital where they were treated as outpatients.

Meanwhile, police have launched a manhunt for the four.
