State Vice President Honorable Everton Herbert Chimulirenji will this coming Saturday June 29, 2019 attend the ordination of Priest and Deacons of the Anglican Diocese of the Upper shire.
This has been disclosed in a statement from the Office of the Vice President released on Friday signed by its Press Officer Charles Wahara made available to faceofmalawi reporter.
According to the statement, the ceremony is expected to start from 9am.
“The Office of the Vice President wishes to inform the general public that the Vice President Honorable Everton Herbert Chimulirenji will on Saturday, 29th June, attend the ordination of of Anglican Diocese of Upper Shire Priest and Deacons at St. Thomas Complex in Mangochi,” reads in part the statement.
This is the second assignment for Chimulirenji since he ascended to the Office of the Vice President through the disputed May 21 tripartite election.
Chimulirenji first went to Mozambique to represent President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika.
