Former Cabinet minister in the Bakili Muluzi administration, Leonard Mangulama has died.
His first born daughter Angela confirmed the development.
The veteran politician died this morning at Mwaiwathu Private Hospital in Blantyre.

Former Minister Leonard Mangulama Dies
