Unknown people have torched the house of Malawi Congress Party’s Director of Youth Richard Chimwendo-Banda in Mvera, Dowa.
Chimwendo has confirmed the incident in an interview with the press saying he suspects politics behind the incident.
Dowa Police Station Publicist, Richard Kaponda confirmed of the incident in a separate interview.
Kaponda said police are investigating the matter establish the truth.
