United Transformation Movement Vice president has called on Malawians to be protesting peacefully without vandalizing property.
Usi made the call during one year anniversary and a thank you rally held at Ntcheu old bus depot in the district.
In his remarks Usi said it is not wrong to demonstrate when things are not moving well in the country but it is uncalled for to destroy properties.
“if you are going to vandalize the State House where do you think Chilima and I would live after re-run?,” asked Usi
Meanwhile Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC) are organizing demonstrations across the country demanding for an immediate resignation of Malawi Electoral Commission Jane Ansah who is being accused of mismanaging May 21 elections.
