Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that Judiciary support staffs across the country have started a sit-in over unresolved conditions of services.

This has been disclosed in a MEMO addressed to the Controller of Human resource management, chief courts administrator and all chief resident magistrates.

The Judiciary support staffs feel the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) led government has neglected them.

The workers have since demanded for the immediate resignation of of Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda and Registrar of the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal Agnes Patemba for failing to address their issues.
