The Malawi Defense Force (MDF) soldiers have blocked protesters to pass through the Chinese embassy which they are protecting.
Meanwhile the soldiers have asked the organizers of the Demonstrations to reach a compromise and deliver their petition meter away from the embassy.
Nationwide demonstrations are currently underway across the country with an aim of forcing Malawi electoral Commission (MEC) chairperson Jane Ansah to step down for mismanaging May 21 elections.
