Mangochi Monkeybay Member of Parliament (MP), Ralph Jooma, has asked the High Court in Blantyre to didmiss a parliamentary elections case for the constituency.
MCP shadow Member of Parliament, Gerrard Kazembe, is dusputing the results of the elections.
Judge Maclean Kamwambe has since adjourned the case to August 9.
Aftermath May 21 tripartite elections, the country’s courts have been flooded with cases of which the competitors in the elections showed dis-satisfactory with the results.
