Malawi Congress Party (MCP) President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera is at the High Court attending to the ongoing presidential polls case.
Chakwera arrived at the court together with some MCP top officials like the Secretary General Mr. Mkaka.
The MCP was captured talking to United Transformation Movement (UTM) President Dr. Saulos Chilima before the case commenced.
The two political parties are protesting the outcome of the May 21 polls where President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika was declared winner by the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) Chairperson Dr. Jane Ansah.
The two political parties are seeking nullification of the presidential results.
Meanwhile the case has been adjourned to 3:30pm.
