Malawi has been commended as one of the countries that are scoring highly on democracy and human rights.

This according to 2018 Justice and Democratic Accountability survey report.

The report indicates that Malawi is scoring significantly well in key areas that foster democracy and human rights.

Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Bright Msaka, said this is why Malawi is ranked among the safest and best democracies in the continent.

Msaka made the remarks when he launched the survey report in Lilongwe.
