United Transformation Movement (UTM) witness, Miriam Gwalidi, has taken the witness stand in court for re-examination by UTM lawyer Bright Theu.
She is now explaining her understanding of electoral documents and their official use by electoral staff and stakeholders.
Before the court went for a one week break, Gwalidi was being cross examined by Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) and president Peter Mutharika lawyers, until yesterday.
UTM president Saulos Chilima and Malawi Congress Party (MCP) leaders Lazarus Chakwera are seeking for the nullification of the presidential results saying they had irregularities.
The second phase of the elections case is expected to last for 14 days.
