High Court Judge Thomson Ligowe has uphled Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC’s )declaration that DPP’s Symon Vuwa Kaunda won the Nkhata Bay Central Seat.
Ralph Mhone of People’s Party (PP) was protesting the outcome of the Parliamentary polls and asked for court intervention of the matter.
The case resumed today for ruling where the presiding Judge declared Vuwa Kaunda winner.
