Angry protesters in the capital Lilongwe have attacked two journalists of Nation Publications Limited and Kulinji for capturing the demonstrations on camera.
The two journalists have been identified as Golden Matonga of Nation Publications Limited and Gladys Nthenda of Kulinji online publication.
An eyewitness confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS) few minutes ago.
According to the source, the protesters have gone away away with phones, wallet and some cash.
