Chairperson for Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC) Timothy Mtambo has said he will not relent from organizing Anti-Ansah demonstrations even if they will cost his life.
Mtambo made the remarks following the move made by police firing teargas at the protesters with the aim of dispersing them.
Soon After Mtambo gave direction of the demonstrations, police started firing teargas at the peaceful protesters resulting into running battles with Police.
Delivering his second speech Mtambo vowed that demonstrations will continue taking place in the country.
“I am ready to die for justice,” Mtambo challenged.
Meanwhile demonstrations are taking place in Lilongwe under Malawi Defense Force (MDF) soldiers escort.
