A 26 year old Zambian man from Ndola has been arrested after he had forced hs two year old step son to perform oral sex.
The man currently appearing in court, Ndola Magistrates.
According to the reports, on 13 July 2019, the victim was left with his stepfather. Upon arrival back home, his mother found semen on the child’s face.
The matter was reported to the police.
The Ndola Magistrates’ Court found the accused guilty of committing the crime.
The suspect was committed to the High Court for sentencing as the case was beyond the court’s jurisdiction.
