A police officer who was crashed this morning by protester in Lilongwe Msundwe has died, Faceofmalawi can confirm.
National police spokesperson James Kadadzera has confirmed but could not disclose the identity of the officer who has died in the line of duty.
This morning, locals in Msundwe took to the streets to protest against Peter Mutharika who is expected to launch the construction of secondary schools across the country.
According to the locals, they do not recognize Mutharika as the president of the country entitled to be carrying such orders, hence their protest.
