Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) has announced that presentation of nomination papers for the November 5 by-elections is scheduled for today.
For the Lilongwe South Constituency parliamentary elections, aspirants will present their nomination papers at Malingunde TDC.
At Matenje Ward in Kasungu North West Constituency, candidates contesting for the local government elections will present their nomination papers at Chulu TDC.
MEC Director of Media and Communication Sangwani Mwafulirwa emphasizes that there will be no provision of nomination-by-substitution once a candidate is disqualified.
