Msundwe fracas: 12 suspects granted court bail

The court in Lilongwe has granted bail to 12 people that were charged with an offence of endangering the safety of the people on the road at Nsundwe recently.
The 12 were arrested following a fracas that took place in the area and resulted into the death of a police officer.
Senior Resident Magistrate Frolence Msekandiana has said among others, considering the twelve are not among the people that are suspected to have killed the officer, there is no reason to deny them bail.
One of the bail conditions is a cash bond of K20,000.
