A self-styled Zimbabwean Prophet allegedly raped a woman at knife point inside a church after “prophesying” that her relatives were making her sleep with a monkey.
The prophet, Curthbert Dube aged 32 is reported to have told a 32 year old lady in a prophetic way that her womb was damaged due to supernatural intercourse and that she needed a spiritual healing.
Upon seeing that his voice was not giving any effect to the lady, Dube allegedly abandoned the word of God and grabbed the woman into Agape Church where he produced a knife and forced himself on the hopeless and defenseless woman.
The woman later reported the matter to the police resulting into the arrest of the self claimed prophet at his home where scores of women were seen queuing to receive ‘holy anointing’ from the man.
The man has however denied the allegations placed upon him.
