A 39 year old visually impaired man from Nsanje has been sentenced ten years imprisonment with hard labor for defiling his two year old niece.
The sentencing of the man identified as Joseph Maliketi follows the arrest of another man with visual impairment on charges of defiling and impregnating a minor in the district.
