A shocking moment a taxi driver brought out his penis and was stroking it while driving, was captured on video by a female passenger.
In the rather disturbing video, the driver could be seen stroking his manhood under his cloth, as if it was a car gear. Then all of a sudden he lifted the cloth covering the manhood to expose it fully.
His passenger (the lady who shared the video on social media) was busy capturing the driver as he did his thing.
