A Nigerian man was allegedly stabbed to death by a fellow national in Bengaluru, India after a fight over a lunch box.
According to the police, the victim identified as a 39-year-old Morado was stabbed at his residence by his friend Samuel (30), a college student.
The victim was killed at his residence in Janakiram Layout by his friend Samuel 30 who is a student with KNS college near Hebbal.
According to reports, Bengaluru police said that an unemployed Morado was miffed with Samuel for forgeting his tiffin box at a food joint on Saturday afternoon.
It was learnt that the long-time unemployed status of Morado frustrated him and believed to have contributed to his short temperedness as disclosed by the Police.
Narrating the incident, Bengaluru police said; “Samuel had taken Morado’s lunch box to buy chicken from a food joint in Hennur on Saturday afternoon after which he forgot the same there. Morado, who was drunk, on realising his tiffin box was missing he slapped and abused Samuel after which other friends intervened to pacify them,”
