Cross examination of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) sixth witness Daudi Sulemani is expected to start around 10 this morning.
The Constitutional Court hearing the presidential case in Lilongwe failed to hear cross examination of Sulemani yesterday due to network hitches around the court premises.
Sulemani was expected to start testing yesterday using MEC equipment in his presentation of how the alleged rigging of the May 21 election was conducted.
Meanwhile the case is expected to resume at 10 am.
Tamando Chokhotho lawyer for MEC has expressed optimism that the network problem will be addressed.
Meanwhile director of ICT for MEC Muhabi Chisi has asked the court to allow him to give evidence to transverse the testimony that Sulemani will give in court.
