Attorney General Kalekeni Kaphale has asked Malawi Congress Party (MCP) key witness Daudi Suleman to give them a database on simulations in the commission’s system or else the case will not continue today at the constitutional court.

The demand comes as the last witness of MCP Daudi Suleman started testifying yesterday using MEC gadgets.

Kaphale said the commission would like to see if the database that Suleman is presenting in court on simulations was not manipulated because it was never locked.

He threatened that if MCP will not serve the commission with the data, the case will not proceed today.

However, Modecai Msiska- lead lawyer for MCP has said they will give Mec the database today because the commission could have tampered with it yesterday.

Meanwhile the case has resumed this morning.
