UN Says Malawi is Doing Well in Ending HIV/AIDS

Each and every year on December 1 the world commemorates World Aids day which is one of the important point imposed by UNAIDS.

According to United Nations (UN), Malawi is doing well in achieving the target of ending HIV/AIDS by 2030.

This has been said as Malawi has joined the rest of the world in commemorating this year’s world aids day.

Director for UNAIDS Nuha Ceesay said Malawi has made a lot of strides in achieving the target.

And on his part Principal Secretary in the ministry of health Dr Dan Namalika urged Malawians to go for HIV testing if the country is to achieve 90:90:90 target.
