Judge Ivy Kamanga has cleared the court as she has sent out all friends of court for murmuring during cross examination of Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) Director of Electoral Services Hensley Munkhondya.
Judge Kamanga has been warning court patrons to avoid making noise during the proceedings.
The case has been adjourned abruptly and when the case resumes it will be heard without case followers inside the court.
The judges have however said that the public will be allowed back at 2 P. M.
