An American man wanted to be certain he made the perfect pick, so instead of choosing one ring, he bought six and left the decision-making up to her.
Dennis Brown II hired an event planning and styling firm, a photographer, florist, drapery designer and stylist for the big day.
The model and fitness enthusiast didn’t want his lady, Atara Dallas, to be unhappy with her ring for the rest of her life, so much so he bought her six engagement rings of all shapes and sizes.
The beaming bride-to-be eventually chose a teardrop-shaped ring that nearly sparkled as bright as her smile.
“I won at life with her, so she deserves 6 rings to choose from,” Dennis wrote on Instagram of his decision.
He even had a banner designed for the backdrop of his proposal.
“A woman, whose heart is full of love and devotion to me, a woman whose loyalty to all those she loves stands unmatched, a woman whose generosity and willingness to help others around her flourish knows no depths,” reads a portion of the floor-to-ceiling script.
As usual, there were trolls who took to Twitter to vent about how worrisome the nature of the proposal was.
They suggested Dennis didn’t know his fiancée well enough, which is why he came with so many options.
