A female judge in Kentucky, US is being accused of pressurising lawyers into having threesomes with her and her swinging ex-pastor lover.

Family Court Judge Dawn Gentry, 38, is alleged to have used her court house for group sex and allowed staff to get drunk on the job.

Among a list of nine misconduct charges, Gentry is also accused of giving preferential treatment to lawyers who had sex with her.

She also looked favourably on lawyers who donated to her re-election, it is alleged.

Dawn Gentry, who is divorced and has two daughters, denies all allegations of misconduct.

According to Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission, the judge flirted with attorneys over social media app Snapchat – where messages vanish after 24 hours unless the user saves them.

The commission found that lawyers were pressured into sleeping with Gentry, according to a number of people who spoke to investigators.

And in one case a female attorney was asked to join the judge in a threesome with her lover Stephen Penrose – a former Christian pastor who she allegedly had an affair with before her divorce.

Gentry, who allegedly had an affair with Penrose when she was still married, plays in a band with her lover

In another incident, Gentry and Penrose – who play in a band together – allegedly romped with the judge’s secretary.

But while some of the allegations are salacious – others accuse the family court judge of corruption.

Indeed, Gentry is accused of handing her lover a job in court as a case specialist and sacking his predecessor to make room for him.

The commission spoke to Katherine Schulz who sat on a panel with Gentry set up to deal with cases of child abuse.

Schulz alleges that Gentry told her to download Snapchat and then used it to persuade her to sleep with her then-husband

Katherine Schulz, who sat on a child abuse panel with the judge, also claims Gentry asked her to engage in group sex

She also claims the judge asked her to engage in group sex with her.

According to an affidavit obtained by The Cincinnati Enquirer, Schulz alleges that Gentry wanted her to have sex with her husband so she could claim he was unfaithful in the divorce.

Schulz alleges that when she turned down the offer of group sex, her relationship with the family court judge turned sour and she resigned from the child abuse panel.

Another panel member Mike Hummel alleges he was replaced by someone who donated four times as much to Gentry’s campaign for re-election, it is alleged.

The judge is awaiting a disciplinary hearing which will take place within the next three months.

Gentry, who earns $136,000 a year, filed for divorce in April.
