As power outages continue to wreak havoc in the country, a plane belonging to Malawi Airline Flight has failed to depart at Kamuzu International Airport this morning due to black out.
Malawi Airlines Spokesperson Joseph Josiah has confirmed the development in an interview with Nation Publications Limited.
” I can confirm that our flight to Johannesburg via Blantyre today 10 January, 2020 has been delayed due to power challenge at KIA,” he said.
He has asked for more time before explaining the cause of the power cut.
Meanwhile passengers are yet to be briefed on the way forward.
