Man kills girlfriend stashes body under the bed and drinks poison. In a suspected crime of passion, a South African man allegedly brutally murdered his live-in girlfriend before stashing her body under the bed and drank poison.
Faceofmalawi has learnt from South Africa online publication, News24, that the 45-year-old suspect whose name has not yet been supplied murdered his girlfriend on Thursday. Police spokesperson Solomon Sibiya confirmed the crime and said that the police busted the suspect red-handed after having received a complaint of domestic violence in an area outside Tshepisong, Johannesburg
Upon arrival at the scene, they found a neighbour in the yard who mentioned that he had heard the suspect’s girlfriend screaming.
The neighbour told the police that he had seen the suspect leaving the shack and going into the main house with his clothes covered inblood. Sibiya said that the neighbour then led the police to the main house, where they found the suspect sitting on top of a bed with the alleged murder weapon next to him.

He voluntarily confessed to killing his girlfriend and mentioned that he had consumed a poisonous substance.
A case of murder was opened and the suspect was detained at the Kagiso SAPS and rushed to a hospital under police guard. The motive for the killing is under police investigation.
