All is set for the inter-parte hearing on the decision by the Zomba Magistrate Court to quash an arrest warrant of business magnet Thomson Mpinganjira.
The hearing will involve the Anti-Corruption Bureau, lawyers representing Mpinganjira and the Zomba Magistrate Court.
It will be held at the High Court in Blantyre and is being presided over by Judge Dorothy Nyakaunda Kamanga.
Yesterday, the inter-parte hearing failed due to failure by lawyers representing business magnet Thom Mpinganjira to show up for the court session.
Mpinganjira is accused of attempting to bribe Judges handling the Presidential polls case where Malawi Congress Party (MCP) and United Transformation Movement (UTM) are seeking nullification of the May 21 polls.
