A Kenyan man who poured urine on his neighbour’s door is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to charges of offensive conduct.
Asman Masimba Hussein admitted charges of offensive conduct after using abusive language on Anthony Mwangi Kariuki and splattering urine on his door on February 15, 2020.
After he was challenged to stop and explain why he was being mischievous, the accused is reported to have become unruly.
Neighbours subdued the accused and escorted him to a local Police Station.
He admitted the charges and facts of the case before Senior Principal Magistrate Angelo Kithinji, NairobiNews reports.
Kithinji ordered for Hussein’s probation report to be presented in court on March 6, 2020 before the sentencing.
