Villagers in the area of Traditional Authority (T/A) Kalumo in Ntchisi, are accusing the police in the District for delaying in arresting suspects to some criminal cases.
People in the area are accusing the police of failing to investigate an incident that happened four weeks ago at Sabao Village were some unknown people dug a grave of a newly born baby and took away the body.
Ntchisi Police Publicist Richard Kaponda, has asked for more time to comment on the matter.
