India – A man in Agra, Uttar Pradesh took the law in his hands after he learned that his daughters had stolen a mobile phone.
Instead of reporting the matter to the police, the man opened fire on his two daughters, killing them on the spot.
The accused, identified as Sukhdev Sharma. Sharma surrendered before the police after murdering his two daughters.
The two deceased have been identified as Neha and Anamika. After killing his two children, the accused called the police and confessed to committing the crime.
Allegedly, Anamika and Neha had stolen a mobile phone when they were attending a ‘Holi Milan’ programme. The entire family was attending the programme.
Sharma was invited to the programme by Pawan Sharma. According to reports, Pawan Sharma works as a driver for a state minister. The accused had been working for Pawan Sharma at his residence.
After the party, Pawan Sharma’s mother discovered that her Nokia cell phone was missing. When Sharma asked his daughters if they had a part to play in the robbery of the cell phone, they handed it over to him.
After some time, Sharma left the house to consume alcohol. Following this, Sharma came back to his residence and shot dead his two daughters with his countrymade pistol. The accused then called the police and surrendered. The two girls died on the spot.
