Mtambo to Resign as HRDC Chair

Reports reaching Face of Malawi are indicating that Chairperson for Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC) Timothy Mtambo is planning of leaving the coalition.
Mtambo is yet to make an official communication on the matter during a press briefing this morning.
Mtambo as HRDC chairperson has been mobilizing Malawians into the streets aftermath of May 21, 2019 elections.
He was on the frontline calling for Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) chairperson Jane Ansah and all commissioner to step down following their incompetence in the nullified presidential polls.
