Simbi Phiri obtains injunction against Malawivoice, As It Happening

Business Mogul Simbi Phiri has obtained a court injunction, restraining online publications Malawi Voice and As It Is Happening from publishing what is being described as defamatory articles against Phiri and his business entities.
Phiri, further restricts the publications from publishing the articles without according right of reply to Phiri’s spokespersons.
Weeks ago the two publications published an article of the arrest of the business tycoon in South Africa but story turned out to be false.
