Ntcheu North East Constituency Independent Legislator Arthur Chipungu Joins UTM

An independent legislator for Ntcheu North East Constituency Arthur Chipungu has joined United Transformation (UTM).
According to Chipungu the decision to join UTM has been made following several meetings with people from his constituency.
Before Chipungu, UTM had at least four Members of Parliament, now the number has been increased to five.
