HRDC obtains court injunction against Mutharika’s 21 days lockdown

High Court Judge Kenyatta Nyirenda has granted Human Rights Defenders Coalition a seven day injunction stopping government from implementing a lockdown of the country due to the coronavirus.
The judge has also ordered an inter-party hearing within the seven days.
