The World Health Organisation (WHO) alongside the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) will this afternoon jointly hold a press briefing together with Secretary for Health Dr Dan Namarika to respond to some of the emerging issues regarding Covid-19 in Malawi.

The presser according to Ministry of Health spokesperson Joshua Malango will come immediately after an address by Minister of Health Jappie Mhango scheduled for 3pm.

The WHO and CDC joint briefing comes at a time when some of the announced positive results are being disputed.
