A woman, who is yet to be identified, has been killed and her body dumped in Totolonga River in the area of Traditional Authority Msakambewa in Dowa today.
Village Headman Kabwabwa of the area confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS).
The chief said that they discovered the body of the woman floating but doubted if she was from his village or the surrounding villages as no-one is reported missing.
Dowa Police Publicist Sub-inspector Gladson M’bumpha says police are currently rushing to the scene.
