An Independent candidate for 2020 Malawi presidential elections, Reverend Hadwick Kaliya has withdrawn from the presidential race despite fulfilling all processes including paying the nomination fee. .
Kaliya made the announcement upon arriving to submit his nomination papers at Mount Soche in Blantyre.
He has since endorsed the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) and United transformation Movement (UTM) alliance.
