The Supreme Court of Appeal has set Friday, May 8, 2020 to deliver its judgement on the election appeal case.
A notice that Registrar of Supreme Court and High Court Agness Patemba has signed confirms the date.
Patemba has also indicated precautionary measures that the court will adhere to on the judgement day amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
