Madalitso Kazombo, First Deputy Speaker in the August House has said it is only the Tonse Alliance which will liberate Malawians from the poverty.
Kazombo said this today in Ntcheu during a whistle-stop tour organized by Tonse Alliance running-mate Saulos Chilima.
According to Kazombo, time has come for Malawi to witness real development under the leadership of Chilima and presidential candidate for the alliance Lazarus Chakwera.
On May 6 Chakwera of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) president Chakwera presented his nomination papers to the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) and unveiled Chilima of United Transformation Movement (UTM) as his running-mate ahead of July 2 fresh presidential elections.
