Non-governmental organization Water for People, has donated Covid-19 Personal Protective Equipment to Blantyre, Chiradzulo and Chikwawa District Health Offices.
The items are worth nine million kwacha.
Different organizations and stakeholders in Malawi have taken a step in Covid-19 fight by donating different items related to the pandemic.
Currently, Malawi has 101 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 37 recoveries with 4 deaths.
Heath minister Jappie Mhango is urging Malawians to follow the preventive measures: washing hands regularly, maintaining social distance and wearing masks, to ensure that the virus is not spread.
