OG Plastic Industries closed

OG Plastic Industries have been shut down after the government confiscated 207 bales of thin plastic carrier bags.

The bags are commonly used for packaging merchandises such as charcoal and perishable vegetables at the markets.

Malawi government banned manufacturing of thin plastics saying they contributed to climate change.
