Health authorities in Phalombe have disclosed that one of the three people that tested positive to the Coronavirus in the district has now tested negative.
Phalombe District Health Office Publicist, Daniel Chilomo said that after a 14- day self – isolation, the second specimen was taken which confirmed that the suspect is free from Covid-19.
Chilomo says the other two who tested positive are some of the people who recently returned from South Africa.
Currently, Malawi has registered 455 cases of corona virus with 55 recoveries and 4 deaths.
