State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima who is also Tonse Alliance runningmate has resumed his campaign trail in Ntcheu barely hours after a police vehicle on his convoy got involved in road accident.
On Thursday Dr. Chilima cut short his whistle-stop rallies after one of his back-up security vehicles got involved in a road accident.
The vehicle was carrying over 10 police officers and three of them sustained serious injuries.
Chilima is today campaigning in Ntcheu South and Central Constituencies for Dr. Lazarus Chakwera ahead of the fresh Presidential polls.
He has already been to Bayani in Ntcheu South Constituency.
