Three men have been barred from voting on behalf of their relations at Chizungu Primary School polling centre in Mzimba Hola Constituency.

The Centre’s Presiding Officer, Sam Mwase said the three brought additional three voter registration certificates each, hoping to vote vote again for their relations who left for South Africa.
