A man aged 38 has been murdered at a beer drinking joint in the area of Traditional Authority Kachindamoto in Dedza.
Dedza Assistant Police spokesperson, Beatrice Jefita confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS).
Jefita identified the deceased as Yakobe Hoda.
According to Jefita, the deceased is suspected to have been hit on the head with a wooden pole.
The suspect, a friend to the deceased, is currently on the run.
